These public terms provide HaxLink’s standard framework. A signed master agreement, Order, statement of work, data processing agreement, or mandatory law prevails where it expressly differs.
1. Our commitment
HaxLink Limited is committed to providing a website that can be perceived, understood, navigated, and operated by people with a broad range of abilities and assistive technologies. Accessibility is treated as part of product quality, security, and customer service rather than as a one-time release requirement.
This statement covers the public pages available at haxlink.com. Customer portals, third-party services, contractual documents supplied in other formats, and partner-operated systems may have separate accessibility statements or requirements.
2. Conformance target
HaxLink targets conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA for its public website. WCAG organizes accessibility around content that is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.
This target supports a consistent baseline for customers, procurement teams, and regulated organizations. It does not by itself certify compliance with every law, regulator, contractual standard, or sector-specific obligation that may apply in a customer's jurisdiction.
3. Accessibility measures
- Pre-rendered semantic HTML so core content, headings, links, and legal documents remain available without client-side JavaScript.
- A logical heading structure, landmark regions, skip navigation, descriptive page titles, and programmatic labels for controls.
- Keyboard-operable navigation, forms, dialogs, disclosure controls, and visible focus indicators.
- Responsive reflow for narrow screens and text enlargement without requiring a fixed display orientation.
- Text and interface colors designed for readable contrast, with information not communicated by color alone.
- Reduced-motion behavior for visitors whose operating systems request less animation.
- Status messages that can be announced by assistive technology without unexpectedly moving keyboard focus.
- Plain-language summaries, consistent navigation, and direct contact methods for assistance.
4. Browser and assistive-technology compatibility
The site is designed for current versions of major standards-based browsers and common desktop and mobile assistive technologies. Core public content and legal documents are delivered as HTML before JavaScript runs. Interactive enhancements, including the waitlist dialog and animated navigation, require JavaScript; visitors who cannot use those controls may contact HaxLink by email.
For the best experience, use a supported browser and keep the browser, operating system, and assistive technology updated. User settings for zoom, text size, contrast, color, and reduced motion should remain enabled as needed.
5. Testing and governance
HaxLink includes accessibility checks in design, implementation, and release verification. Reviews may combine automated analysis, keyboard testing, responsive-layout testing, semantic inspection, and selected assistive-technology checks because automated tools alone cannot establish conformance.
Material changes should be reassessed before release. A formal third-party audit, legal review, or regulator-specific assessment may be commissioned where required by a customer agreement, procurement process, or applicable law.
6. Known limitations and third-party content
Some linked resources, downloadable documents, infrastructure-provider interfaces, or other third-party content are outside HaxLink's direct control. HaxLink will seek an accessible alternative or provide reasonable assistance when a barrier in third-party content prevents access to information needed to evaluate or use HaxLink Services.
If a page, control, document, or interaction does not work with your browser or assistive technology, please report it using the contact method below. Reports help HaxLink identify issues that automated checks may not detect.
7. Feedback and support
Send accessibility questions or barrier reports to contact@haxlink.com with the page URL, a description of the problem, the browser and assistive technology used where relevant, and the format or accommodation requested. Do not include passwords, private keys, payment credentials, or unnecessary sensitive personal data.
HaxLink will acknowledge accessibility feedback, route it to an appropriate owner, investigate reproducible barriers, and communicate a response or remediation plan within a reasonable period based on severity and complexity.
8. Regulated and financial-sector use
Financial institutions and other regulated customers remain responsible for determining the accessibility, outsourcing, operational-resilience, recordkeeping, privacy, security, and consumer-protection rules that apply to their use of HaxLink Services. HaxLink can document relevant controls and agree additional requirements in an Order or other written agreement where appropriate.
No statement on this website should be interpreted as legal advice, a regulator approval, or a certification that a customer's implementation complies with every applicable fintech or financial-services requirement.

These external sources provide regulatory and statutory context. They do not replace the agreement between HaxLink and a Customer.
